This is our third summer at Butler and it’s safe to say, the start of a long standing tradition. There is no other camp that can offer what Butler does. From the zipline to fishing to archery, every day was filled with fun. Add in the learning of survival skills and there’s no comparison. The price is right in line with other camps but the experience far exceeds the others. The staff and counselors are EXCELLENT and were so grateful to you all for navigating COVID and finding a way to offer our favorite part of summer in a safe manner.

Wilderness Explorers
(Ages 7–9)
Wilderness Explorers provides these energetic, elementary-aged campers with a wide variety of land and water activities. There’s never a dull moment in the nonstop array of fun that takes place on our beautiful, 22–acre campus adjacent to Seneca Creek State Park.
Wilderness Explorers enjoy activities like hiking, visits to the creek and water hole in our nearby woods, fishing, swimming, and challenging themselves on our zip line and ropes course.
Campers enjoy learning wilderness skills, frisbee golf, archery, scavenger hunts, team building games and more, guided by certified instructors all without leaving campus. Back again this year is our end of the session Fantastic Friday Cookout!
